FleetPride, Inc. is the largest independent distributor of heavy-duty truck and trailer aftermarket parts in the U.S. Headquartered in Irving, Texas, the company was formed in 1999 and has grown significantly, especially after its merger with TruckPro in October 2025. FleetPride operates over 300 locations across 46 states, connecting around 2,150 suppliers with approximately 100,000 customers. The company stocks over 1 million SKUs from 490 brands, including its own private label products. FleetPride offers a wide range of aftermarket replacement parts, including brakes, engine systems, electrical components, and drivetrain parts. In addition to distribution, it provides comprehensive services such as in-house and on-location repair and maintenance for heavy-duty fleets and commercial vehicles. With a workforce of about 5,000 employees and a revenue of around $1.1 billion, FleetPride continues to expand its capabilities through strategic acquisitions and investments in technology and service excellence.
