Keep100.net – Interim Privacy & Data Residency Policy

1. Where Your Data Lives Right Now

All candidate data (name, email, resume, skills, etc.) is currently stored exclusively in India through our backend vendor Artha Job Board SaaS platform (https://arthajobboard.com/), an India-based provider. India = backend home until we scale globally.
All connections use secure HTTPS with industry-standard encryption in transit.
Data at rest is protected with enterprise-grade encryption provided by Artha (exact specifications confirmed directly with vendor).

2. Why This Is Safe & Legal (Interim Phase)

Keep100.net is a domain registered via GoDaddy by the owner based in Canada, with the platform operating under Canadian federal and provincial privacy laws (PIPEDA / PIPA / Quebec Private Sector Act) and relevant US state privacy laws (CCPA/CPRA, VCDPA, CTDPA, etc.) where applicable to US candidates applying to US jobs, alongside Indian laws (Information Technology Act, 2000 and DPDP Act, 2023 once notified).
We are in early beta with a limited user base - no international data transfers occur without your explicit consent.
We never share or sell your data to any third party except the employer you explicitly apply to (one-click consent).
As a Canadian founder using a trusted Indian SaaS vendor, we maintain full oversight and transparency for both US and Canadian users.
You can opt out any time → your data remains with Artha in India (or moves to a US/Canada-region bucket if requested for CCPA/PIPEDA alignment).

4. Your Rights

Download your full profile any time (CSV/JSON).
Delete everything with one click → gone in less than 24 hours.
Opt-out of any data sharing or request correction under CCPA/PIPEDA.
Contact us at contact@keep100.net — we answer manually within 48 hours (or sooner for statutory requests).
