Lutheran Services Florida (LSF) is a faith-based nonprofit organization established in 1982. It provides essential social services to vulnerable populations across more than 40 counties in Florida. LSF's mission is to bring healing, hope, and help to those in need, guided by values such as integrity, accountability, and justice. Headquartered in Tampa, LSF serves tens of thousands of individuals annually, including refugees, at-risk youth, and families in crisis. LSF operates through three main service areas: Head Start and Early Head Start, which offers early childhood education to low-income families; Family Focus, which includes foster care, youth shelters, and support for refugees and immigrants; and Health Systems, which manages mental health and substance abuse services in partnership with state agencies. With over 65 programs and approximately 1,400 staff members, LSF plays a significant role in improving the lives of individuals and families throughout Florida.
