Redeemer Health is a Catholic, community-based integrated health care system sponsored by Redeemer Ministries. Founded in 1924 by the Sisters of the Redeemer, the organization is dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care that extends beyond medical treatment. It serves southeastern Pennsylvania and much of New Jersey, operating over 40 facilities in the Greater Philadelphia area and Southern New Jersey. The services offered by Redeemer Health include acute care hospital services through Holy Redeemer Hospital, home health and hospice care, skilled nursing facilities, and personal care services. The organization also provides retirement and independent living communities, low-income housing, and transitional housing programs for homeless women and children. Additionally, it offers homes for intellectually and developmentally disabled adults.
